MaxMed engineers clinical measurement standards into products designed for everyday people.
Home health devices sit in an uncomfortable gap. Clinical equipment is accurate but unusable outside a hospital. Consumer gadgets are usable but rarely accurate enough to act on.
MaxMed exists to close that gap. We build devices that measure to clinical standards and operate like consumer products — one button, a readable screen, and a result that explains itself.

MaxMed designs, validates, and manufactures home health devices under a single requirement: the number on the screen has to be right, and the person reading it has to understand it.
Most home health devices are built to hit a price, then tested to see whether they pass. We work the other way around — the measurement standard comes first, and everything else is designed around it.
Every MaxMed device starts with the measurement standard and works backward. We define the accuracy requirement first, select the sensing platform that meets it, validate against clinical protocol, and only then design the experience around it.
That order matters. It’s the difference between a device that passes testing and a device that was built to pass.
Our first category is blood pressure — the most common chronic condition in the country, and the one where home measurement changes outcomes most directly. Thermometers, glucose monitoring, and pulse oximetry are in development, each going through the same process.
Everything we build connects to one app. As our catalog grows, your health history stays in one place.
MaxMed USA Inc. is headquartered in Spring Valley, New York. Our devices are FDA cleared and manufactured under international medical device quality standards.

It’s on every package we ship. It’s the reason a device gets rejected in development when the display is too small to read or the process takes too many steps.
